Wa East: Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw Addresses Water Crisis with Borehole Projects

Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw, Member of Parliament for Wa East Constituency has commissioned a borehole project in Bulenga to address the acute water scarcity in the area.

Responding to a request from Hon. Halitu Eliasu, the Assembly member-elect for Bulenga, the project aims to provide access to clean and potable water to the local community.

Commissioning the borehole on behalf of Dr. Jasaw, Hajia Fatima Jasaw who is the spouse of the MP expressed gratitude to the NDC fraternity for their continuous support.

She encouraged the community, particularly the women, to utilize the borehole effectively while emphasizing the critical role of water in daily life.

Following a request from Hon. Adamu Sayibu, Assembly member-elect for Tuasa, Dr. Jasaw invested over GHC5000 to repair the borehole to ensure relief for the people of Tafali.

The MP’s commitment extended further as he addressed water crises in Buler and Jeyiri, repairing broken boreholes in both areas.

The NDC party in the constituency urged all assembly members to collaborate with Dr. Jasaw in addressing development challenges, emphasizing his willingness to work with everyone.
