 Wa Fongo E/A Junior High School Recognizes MP Dr. Rashid Pelpuo’s Contribution to Education

Wa Fongo E/A Junior High School recently celebrated its academic achievements and honored the Member of Parliament for Wa Central, Dr. Rashid Pelpuo, for his significant contributions to the school. Led by the MP himself, a delegation visited his office at Job 600 Parliament House to express appreciation and highlight the impact of his support.


During the visit, the Headmaster, Naa Kadir, praised Dr. Rashid Pelpuo for his commitment to education and his efforts to improve the school’s infrastructure. The MP’s support has been instrumental in the establishment of an ultramodern ICT Laboratory and the construction of drainage systems, among other projects.

Dr. Rashid Pelpuo acknowledged the recognition from the school and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the community. He emphasized the importance of investing in education and pledged to continue supporting schools in the constituency.

The delegation also discussed the school’s future needs, particularly in terms of infrastructure to accommodate the growing number of students. The MP assured them of his continued support and promised to explore ways to address their needs.

 

As a token of appreciation, Dr. Rashid Pelpuo announced a further donation of 5,000 Ghana Cedis to the staff of Fongo E/A Junior High School. The gesture was warmly received, with the staff expressing their gratitude for the MP’s support.
