My Comments About MCE Tahiru Moomen Were Made Out of Anger – Chairman Kamara
Outspoken Wa Central Constituency Chairman of the NPP, Ali Kamara has revealed his criticism of the Municipal Chief Executive Officer for the Wa Municipal Assembly, Alhaj Tahiru Moomen was born out of anger.
Chairman Ali Kamara, who has publicly launched attacks on the MCE and swore never to work with him has found a new working relationship with Alhaj Issahaku Tahiru Moomen, causing eyebrows over their new relationship.
In an interview with Annaaka Waris on Home Radio, he revealed he was angered by a lot of factors surrounding their working relationship leading to their fallouts.
” I’ve made comments in the past out of anger, it has not benefited me, it has not benefited the MCE, it has not benefited the NPP and it is time we unite and move forward not looking back at those comments” – Ali Kamara
The MCE, Alhaj Tahiru Moomen is believed to have been the darling boy of the Chairman, as it is alleged the MCE was brought to the NPP in 2012 by Chairman Kamara.
However, the two were at each other throats when Issahaku Tahiru Moomeen was announced as the MCE for Wa Municipal Assembly in 2017.
The two have a ceasefire over their issues as Chairman Ali Kamara has made a public apology to Alhaj Tahiru Moomen who has been re-nominated and confirmed as MCE for Wa Municipal Assembly for a second tenure.
The MCE paid a visit to reconcile with the Chairman and executives after his confirmation
The MCE has also called for the support and blessings of the Chairman, Ali Kamara as he begins his new tenure.
