ELECTION 2024: Foiled Attack on Prof. Titus K. Beyuo at Campaign Event in Kucha
Daffiama-Busie Issa, September 10, 2024 – Dr. Sebastian Sandaare, Member of Parliament (MP) for Daffiama-Busie Issa, has successfully filed his nomination forms for re-election in the 2024 general elections. Speaking after submitting his forms, Dr. Sandaare emphasized the need for unity within the party, stating that “togetherness would only ensure victory in the upcoming elections.”
Dr. Sandaare expressed confidence in his re-election, citing the readiness of his constituents to retain him as MP and elect John Dramani Mahama as the next President of Ghana. He criticized the hardship under the current Nana Addo government, urging voters to bring the NDC government back to power for better governance.
The MP will face Hon. Nadi Imoro Sanda of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the election, whom he defeated in 2020 with over 2,000 votes. Dr. Sandaare called on his supporters to engage in decent campaigning to avoid any misfortune before, during, and after the 2024 election.
Accompanied by party executives and supporters, Dr. Sandaare’s filing of nomination forms demonstrates his commitment to serving his constituents. In an exclusive interview, Mr. Dorsaa Jonas, a branch youth organizer, urged the youth wing to campaign peacefully and make efforts to reach out to communities within the constituency to secure a massive victory for the NDC government.
