LAMASHEGU CHIEF DISSATISFIED WITH THE EC’s DECISION TO DISQUALIFY BERNARD MORNAH
The Lamashegu Naa of Lamashegu in the Tamale South Constituency of the Northern Region has expressed his dissatisfaction with the infamous decision by the Electoral Commission to disqualify Bernard Anbataayela Mornah from the impending elections of 7th December, 2024. He indicated that the decision to choose the president of Ghana must remain in the hands of the people and not the Electoral Commission
This dissatisfaction came to light when the Leader and Flagbearer of the PNC, Bernard Mornah called on him to introduce the party’s Tamale South Constituency Parliamentary Candidate to the Chief and his council of elders.
Mr Bernard Anbataayela Mornah who has been on a nationwide tour across the country campaigning for the party’s Parliamentary candidates and energising the party’s base has been calling for a paradigm shift in Ghana’s electoral landscape citing the effects of the NDC and NPP duopoly in Parliament as the bane of Ghana’s multiparty democracy.
Lamashegu Naa, Abdulai Ziblim encouraged Bernard Anbataayela Mornah to keep up his spirited defence of the interest of the ordinary masses as there his time to rule Ghana as president shall surely come.
The Leader of the PNC is being accompanied by the General Secretary, Northern Regional Executives and Constituency Executives within the Tamale Metropolis.
