UWR: NDC Elections Director Transforms Headquarters in Anticipation of 2024 Elections

Mr. Dibkuu Ishmail, the Regional Elections Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) undertook a substantial refurbishment of the Regional Headquarters.
