 Upper West Regional Communications Bureau Hosts Successful Post-Manifesto Training Workshop

On September 11, 2024, the Upper West Regional Communications Bureau organized a post-manifesto training workshop for 65 communicators, including Constituency Communications Officers, their deputies, social media communicators, media monitors, and radio discussants. The workshop, which ran from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, covered all seven thematic areas of the manifesto.

According to Issah Kantagyere Bonsingmwini, Regional Communications Officer (RCO), “I extend my sincerest gratitude to the facilitators for their exceptional delivery during the training.” The renowned facilitators included Dr. Hassan Rashid Pelpuo, Prof. Titus Kofi Beyuo, Prof. Domasus Tuurosung, Dr. Sebastian M. Sandaare, Hon. Anthony M. Sumah, Prof. Hamidatu Darimani Saaka, and Dr. Richard Kuuire.

Each participant received a copy of the manifesto, while Constituency Communication Officers received five additional copies for their respective bureaus. The RCO expressed his gratitude to the facilitators and acknowledged the financial support from Regional Chairman Bunas, Alhaji Huudi Mogtari, Dr. Nurideen Froko, Mr. JohnPaul Dinye, Mr. Vitus Bomansaan, Chairman Manaf, and Mr. Bennin Hajei.

To the participants, the RCO said, “Ayekoo!!” (well done). He also expressed appreciation to the facilitators who couldn’t attend due to other important assignments. The RCO concluded by stating, “Agenda 11/11 is certainly certain.”

 

The workshop demonstrates the commitment of the Upper West Regional Communications Bureau to empowering communicators with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate the manifesto’s thematic areas.
