Mr. Mumuni Sulemana, Executive Director of Youth Placement and Employability Solutions (Y-PES) Ghana, has been recognized as a developmental change agent by the Busa Youth Association during their annual homecoming event. This prestigious honour was bestowed upon him in acknowledgement of his tireless efforts and dedication to youth development in the Upper West Region, particularly within the Busa traditional area.

As the CEO of Senior Victory College, a leading private basic school in the Wa Metropolis, Mr. Sulemana has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to education and youth empowerment. His contributions to the development of young people in the region have earned him widespread recognition and admiration.

In his acceptance remarks, Mr. Sulemana urged the youth to take ownership of their future, emphasizing the importance of hard work and education in achieving their goals. He encouraged them to look beyond politicians for opportunities and instead focus on developing their skills and exploiting local potentials for socio-economic growth.

Mr. Sulemana also highlighted the need for the Busa community to redefine its development trajectory, leveraging the numerous talents and resources within the community to drive progress. He assured the youth of his continued support and expressed gratitude for the honour, which he sees as a testament to the impact of his work.
