Wa based division two club, Wa United FC will play a friendly match against compatriot Ziko Babies at their favorite Jahan Park today.
The black and white club will use the game to fine tune their preparations ahead of the regional division two league.
Without any extraordinary circumstances, the Upper West Regional division two league is billed to start on June 11, 2021.
With barely a week to the commencement of the much awaited competition, Wa United FC has stepped up preparations to spectacularly storm the league.
Since it’s formation, the Zebras as they are known played two friendly matches with Ziko Babies FC thereby recording a win and a draw.
The match is anticipated to be tough with both teams set to approach the match with all the seriousness it deserves.
Based on geographical location, Wa United have been drawn in group A alongside Busa Golden FC, Malima FC, Simple Winners FC and Dark Horses.
On the other hand, Ziko Babies, Kpongu Tanga FC, Power SC and Wa Young Heroes formed group C.
