The CEO of Maaliyiri restaurant hosts a feast for widows

As part of his mission to give back to society, the founder and CEO of Maaliyiri restaurant and tavern, located in Kaleo in the Nadowli/Kaleo district of the Upper West region, invited widows in the neighborhood to a feast.

After the meal, Hon. Ngminnie Noah, a recent former assemblywoman for Kaleo East, distributed food to over a hundred widows.

Hon. Noah Ngminnie addressed the crowd at the event and said, “I give glory to God that our mothers are seated in front of their son. Even though I don’t have much social clout, I think that the small amount of money I generate from my business belongs to everyone in society, not just me.”

He included a little bag of rice, salt, Maggi, and canned tomatoes in the package for the widows with the explanation that it was for them to prepare a few meals at home. Additionally, lunch was served to the widows, which was made at the renowned Maaliyiri restaurant and pub.

In an effort to have fun, the widows also got on the dance floor and did so.

They eventually stopped having the chance to sing in honor of and in praise of Hon. Ngminnie Noah, the CEO of the Maaliyiri group of companies and the owner of the Maaliyiri restaurant and pub.
