UW: Dr Hafiz Bin Salih Supports Ahlus Sunna Islamic Training College With GHC10K

Upper West regional Minister Hon Dr Hafiz Bin Salih has supported the Ahlus Sunna Wal Jamaah Islamic Training College with an amount of ten thousand Ghana Cedi.

The region’s first gentleman on the administrative ladder coughed out the cash to facilitate the smooth operations of the school.

Administrators of the school called on the regional Minister to support the school after years of operations in the upper west region.

Located in Manwe in the upper west region, the Islamic Training College has since provided parallel platforms to potential teachers.

The school is into its fifth year and has since been penciled for absorption onto mainstream schools by the state government.

Renowned Islamic scholar,  Sheikh Ahmed Yaakuob,  received the amount on behalf of the Ummah.

The widows might from Hon Dr Hafiz Bin Salih is to lessen the financial burden of the school administration in the midst of the global pandemic.
