The Hungarian ambassador to Ghana, Andras Szabo has called on the Speaker Bagbin to congratulate him on his ascension to the high office of speaker.
The two held discussions on Parliamentary diplomacy and knowledge exchange programmes between the two countries.
Rt Hon. Bagbin was elected 2nd Deputy Speaker of Parliament in 2017, but did not contest the 2020 elections after serving 28 years in Parliament.
He was elected Speaker of Parliament and sworn in on 7th January, 2021.
