Hon Rashid Pelpuo Donates 50 Bags Of Cement And Cash Amount To Bamahu School Project
Member of Parliament for Wa Central Constituency Hon Dr Hassan Rashid Pelpuo has donated an amount of two thousand Ghana in addition to 50 bags of cement towards the construction of a new classroom block in Bamahu.
The donation is part of a pledged made by the lawmaker to the leaders of Bamahu community as part of his support to their educational needs.
With hundreds of school children schooling in a dilapidated building, the community embarked on a self emancipation project by appealing to various people to help them build a decent classroom for their kids.
The donation was presented by a team of representatives for the MP led by the NDC Wa Central Constituency chairman and other Executives.
The community members, visibly excited at the philanthropic gesture of their MP, gladly thanked the lawmaker for coming to their aid ahead of the rainy season.
Hon Dr Hassan Rashid Pelpuo has recently embarked on various infrastructural support across the health and educational sectors led by the Kambali medical laboratory and mini hospital at Guli.
