Home Radio Smart Brains Quiz Contest Season 3 Officially Opened, Students To Pick Form For Free
Season three of the annual Home Radio Smart Brains Quiz Contest has been officially opened.
The academic exercise, which has since evolved into a flagship program on Home Radio Network, provides platform for pupils across the country to showcase their intellectual prowess.
With a total of 40 pupils, the programme rose to prominence in it’s two years of existence with some thrilling contests in the past.
Abdulai Bunye Mukram of Wa Bagmaarayiri won the first edition whiles Ismail Mohaideen Bayaare rose to the podium in the last edition.
Students usually pick forms for free at front desk of Home Radio Network and contest on individual basis.
The winner of the 2022 edition went home with a brand new Lenovo laptop and assorted products.
The 2023/24 edition, which is expected to involve another 40 participants from across the entire region and beyond , will kick off in October with registration currently ongoing.
Parents can pick forms on behalf of their wards at the front desk of the radio station at no cost.
Thematic areas for the quiz contest are Mathematics, Integrated Science, ICT, General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
They will be an official launch later this month ahead of the main contest in October 2023.
