Razs Oil Expands its Reach: New Branches Open in Tanina and Dorimon

Wa-based Oil Marketing Company Razs Oil is making waves in the Upper West Region of Ghana with the inauguration of two new branches, one in Tanina and the other in Dorimon.

These new additions bring the total number of outlets in the company’s network to an impressive 21 across the country.

The grand opening of the Tanina and Dorimon stations was a momentous occasion attended by Chiefs, Transport Operators, Customers, and various stakeholders.

Mr. Daniel Bonney Awotwi, the General Manager of Razs Oil, addressed the gathered crowd, emphasizing that the company’s expansion goes beyond inaugurating new branches; it marks the beginning of a journey dedicated to service, quality, and unwavering commitment.

In his speech, Mr. Awotwi stated, “We are not merely inaugurating new branches; we are embarking on a journey of service, quality, and commitment.”

He explained that the name “Razs Oil” symbolizes the company’s dedication to delivering the highest quality fuel and an exceptional customer experience.

He added, “We believe in the power of a simple yet profound motto, ‘Quality is Assured,’ which underscores our promise to our valued customers.”

Mr. Awotwi went on to highlight the significance of these new branches, describing them as more than just places to fuel vehicles.

He stressed that Razs Oil has invested extensively to ensure that every drop of fuel dispensed at their outlets meets the strictest quality standards, providing peace of mind and optimizing vehicle performance.

He also assured that their dedicated team is always ready to serve customers with a smile, offering a seamless and pleasant experience with every visit.

Performance in the Year Under Review

Mr. Daniel Bonney Awotwi highlighted the company’s impressive growth and expansion since the previous year, stating, “Our outlets have grown from 6 to now present 21 outlets with bulk and cell sites serving cash customers.”

He revealed that the company had achieved stability in the supply of petroleum products in all their outlets, with a 2023 vision of reaching 10 million liters.

As of January 2023, he noted, “We have achieved 7.5 million liters, representing a significant 75% of our target.”

The General Manager also proudly announced that Razs Oil had surpassed its set revenue turnover target, saying, “Our 2023 target of a million was achieved, and we pride ourselves on our collective efforts in this strive.”

Mr. Awotwi went on to discuss the expansion of their fleet of Bulk Road Vehicles (BRVs), including an additional 13,500L BRV that will soon be operational.

He emphasized the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and mentioned the monthly review of performance per station, with a Suitability Report filed to the Board of Directors every month.

Community Support and Encouragement

The Chief of Tanina expressed his gratitude to the company for providing essential community services such as a school and a mosque.

He encouraged Razs Oil to ensure the growth of the company, which will ultimately benefit the community.

Elyasu Yussif Baba, the CEO of Bahass Foundation, advised pump attendants to show respect and welcome customers with open arms, highlighting the importance of excellent customer service in the company’s growth.

Mr. Ibrahim Aziz, a representative from the National Petroleum Authority, pledged their support for Razs Oil in continuing to provide quality petroleum products to customers. He stressed that customer service should be a top priority, with a focus on the customer’s experience and safety.
