Nandom MP drills 50,000 cedis borehole for St Theresa’s hospital

The Member of Parliament for Nandom Constituency, Hon. Ambrose Dery has supported the St Theresa’s hospital with a borehole to improve supply of water at the facility.

The hospital which was opened to patients in 1966 has been transformed into a centre noted for providing quality health care services to the people of the Upper West Region, other parts of Ghana and neighbouring Burkina Faso.

The Nandom MP in his quest to help the hospital render its services without challenges provided a 6 inches borehole facility in response to the water situation.

The Minister for Interior further said the initiative was made possible after a request from management of the St Theresa’s hospital to his office to come to their aid with a borehole.

Hon Ambrose stated “Today, the St Theresa’s hospital in my beloved constituency, Nandom is witnessing the drilling of a 6 inches borehole facility in support of their water situation. This special borehole at the cost of 50,000.00 Ghana cedis is my response to request made by the management of the facility.”
