The Wa Central Member of Parliament, Dr Rashid Pelpuo has started the construction of a laboratory for the Chiefs and people of Kambali in the Wa Central Constituency.
The intervention will form part of the criteria in converting the Kambali Health Centre into a polyclinic to meet the growing health needs of the people in the area.
As part of the initiative, the laboratory will be well equipped with the medical tools and equipment to serve the people adequately.
The beneficiary communities include Kambali, Kpaguri, Mangu, Sombo,Nakori, Chansa, Tampieni and many others.
The facility will help improve maternity services when completed.
