Former parliamentary candidate on the ticket of the Convention People’s Party (CPP) in the Wa Central Constituency has accused the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo administration of failing to protect the public purse.
According to him, the government has not been prudent enough in protecting the public purse.
He Made the comment on Home Radio as a guest on Tegyaayela with Waris Annaakaa on Tuesday, 19th July, 2022.
He noted that the government is guilty of what they accused the erstwhile government of perpetuating.
“This government has said a lot of things against the former government concerning the public purse and should have been more prudent in protecting the public purse.” He reiterated.
In his swearing in address, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo gave an assurance that his government would protect and manage the public purse to engender the necessary social and economic development.
