Upper West : Washing Bay Association Increase Fares

Leadership of Upper West Washing Bay Association has increased their fares to accommodate the recent increase in fuel prices.

The Association released a new communique which pegged washing of motor bikes at GHC5.00 whiles Tipper truck and VIP buses are now going for GHC30 and GHC50 respectively.

The change in price allocations is due recent hike in fuel prices which has affected the cost of running their businesses.

Chairman of the Association, Mr Dassah confirmed the need for the price adjustment as a way of balancing their books to avoid running into debts.
