NDC Primaries: “My election will offer hope to party members”- Razak Tachi

Former Upper West Regional Treasurer of the NDC, Prince Razak Tachi has filed his nomination to contest in the upcoming Wa East NDC parliamentary primaries.

Prince Razak Tachi together with some NDC members submitted his nomination forms which were received by the Constituency Secretary, Yakubu Jendaw, and the director of elections, Mr. Mahama Salifu.

Mr. Prince Razak Tachi called on the constituents to give him a chance to lead the NDC ahead of the 2024 parliamentary elections.

According to him, his election will guarantee victory for NDC in the Wa East Constituency and offer hope to members of the party at large.

“Make Prince Razak your candidate and I assure you 2024 is done deal for our great party in our constituency, the misery of you the delegate will be over. We will work for power together and enjoy the power together, and there will be marginalized groups left” – Prince Razak Tachi.

Yakubu Jendaw, the Wa East constituency secretary, after receiving the forms, called on Mr. Tachi and his followers to be decorous in their campaign and abide strictly by guidelines.

Prince Razak is looking to unseat the incumbent MP for Wa East, Dr. Seidu Jasaw who also filed his nomination on Monday, 20th March 2023.

Former NDC Constituency Secretary, Munawari Issahak has also filed his nomination forms to contest the Wa East Parliamentary primary.
