NPP Decides : Alhassan Yussif Tipped For Upper West Regional Assistant Secretary Position
New Patriotic Party in the Upper West Region is set to welcome a new Assistant Secretary at the Regional ahead of the upcoming Regional Executives Elections with the arrival of Alhassan Yussif into the contest
The hugely revered young politician comes into the contest with regional affection and has been heavily tipped by pundits of the game to win with landslide margin.
Currently the Regional Director of Youth Employment Agency (YEA) in the Upper West Region, Mr. Yussif Alhassan, a native of Gwollu in the Sissala West Constituency, earned reputation as one of the rare types of political appointees thanks to his unique understanding of human creature.
As a member of the Regional Campaign Team since 2012, Yussif’s popularity and connections within the Elephant family soured higher in the last decade thanks to his soft voice and humble nature.
His MSc Environmental Science capped his Educational journey that has since helped specialized him in the field of the sciences.
Intelligence from reliable sources have it that the presence of Yussif Alhassan on the ballot has discouraged some political aspirants to join the Assistant Secretary position.
His involvement in Tescom Activities also shaped his political sojourn that has since enjoyed exponential waves in the last 10 years.
As at the time of filing this report, he was the only to have confirmed his candidature for the Assistant Secretary Position with the incumbent , Onga Speratus, tipped to contest in the Secretary Position itself.
