Issahaku Tahiru Moomin presents 330 pieces of furniture to the Wa Municipal Education Directorate
Alhaji Issahaku Tahiru Moomin, the Municipal Chief Executive of Wa Municipal Assembly, has given 330 dual desks to the municipal education directorate for further distribution to local schools.
The furniture is intended to improve instruction and learning in 30 chosen schools within the Wa Municipality.
The MCE, Issahaku Tahiru Moomin, expressed his hope at a brief ceremony to hand over the furniture that it will benefit the recipient schools in terms of efficient teaching and learning.
Hon. Alhaji Issahaku Tahiru Moonin emphasized the assembly’s and the government’s commitment to providing all students with high-quality education.
He gave the beneficiary schools advice on the need to care for the furniture to extend its life.
The Municipal Education Director, Madam Sophia Dimah Nandzo, expressed appreciation for the initiative and hinted that the furniture would support the provision of high-quality education for the municipality’s development.
She gave her word that the furniture would be divided appropriately and stressed the importance of a strong maintenance culture.
