Wa Central: MP Meets Newly Elected Constituency Executives

Member of Parliament for Wa Central Constituency Hon Dr Hasan Rashid Pelpuo has staged his maiden meeting with the newly elected Executives for the National Democratic Congress at the Constituency level.

The maiden meeting was to officially welcome all the newly elected Executives into their various portfolios after the electioneering process.

Hon the lawmaker congratulated all the 23 elected officials for earning the trust of the party delegates from the polling station level.

He used the platform to pledge his readiness to work with the newly assembled officials in the collective interest of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Newly elected Constituency Chairman, Alhaji Issahaku Sidik Famina, also thanked the Member of Parliament and other elected officials present at the meeting.

He pledged to defend the base of the party and consolidate the gains of the Umbrella family within the constituency under his tenure.

Alhaji Issahaku Sidik Famina dethroned incumbent Mohammed Sule in the Chairmanship position as the only major shakeup in the Wa Central Constituency elections.

The leadership of the party will appoint an additional five officials to complete the composition of the Constituency Executives.
