Wa Central Constituency To Get 40 New Boreholes From MP – Dr. Rashid Pelpuo
The Member of Parliament for Wa Central constituency, Dr. Hassan Rashid Pelpuo has hinted at supplying 40 new boreholes to help improve access to potable water in the constituency.
The astute lawmaker made the revelation in an interview on Home Radio Network on Wednesday, April 2021.
Dr. Hassan Pelpuo noted he is working with a lot of donors for support and aim to improve the access to potable water within the constituency.
“We will be bringing 40 new boreholes in the coming days to ensure communities can easily have access to potable water which is a worry for many in some parts of the constituency” he said.
Some residents of communities like Kumbiehi-Bakpong, Gbegru, Naaha have over the past few months crying for support to have potable water for domestic use.
Dr. Rashid Pelpuo has been embarking on a thank-you tour in the constituency following his sweet victory in the 2020 elections following strong opposition from the NPP candidate, Hajjia Humu Awudu.
