2023 Baby Jet U16 Tournament: Defending Champions Ofori Academy Pitched In Gruop C As Nigerian Giants Obama Academy Leads Gruop B

The official draw for the 2023 Baby Jet U16 African Championship produced some mouth watering fixtures led by the hugely competitive Gruop C fixtures.

Defending Champions of the annual tournament, Ofori Academy, has been pitched in Gruop C alongside Kalala FC from Benin, Tengrala FC and Jayash Academy in a fierce gruop.

Ofori Academy won the 2022 edition of the tourney and will have to avoid early shock to stand the chance of defending their tournament.

In Gruop A, Agogoman United and Burkinabe side CEF, will have to sort it out against Nigerian side Hyperbuzz and Digityahe Academy.

Attram D’visser, Young Generation and Team Move must be wary of the threats from Storm Academy in Gruop D as Glow Lamp , AFL, Unicorn and Ahosa Academy lock it in all Ghanaian affair in Gruop F.

Another West African showdown in Gruop H saw Ebony FC , Lobote FC (Togo) , Vision Babies a s Nigerian side Billionaires FC sorting it out for the last eight tickets.

Winners from each gruop will automatically progress into the next stage of the championship for Cape Coast.

The first edition of the championship was won by Great Somas whiles Ofori Academy kept their nerves to lift the second edition of the tournament.

The likes of Raymond Anokye Asante, Mathew Anim Cudjoe, Emmanuel Yeboah, Emmanuel Mensah and other top stars made it to the All Stars Dream Team of the tournament.
