Upper West Regional Minister Commends Bahass Foundation’s Impact on Mentally Challenged Individuals; Pledges Support

Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, the Upper West Regional Minister, welcomed the Chief Executive Officer of Bahass Foundation, Eliasu Yussif Baba, and other officials of the foundation during a courtesy call at his office.
