Wa Central: Hon Dr. Hassan Rashid Pelpuo Organizes Mock Examination For BECE Students
Member of Parliament for Wa Central Hon Dr Hassan Rashid Pelpuo has substantially funded the annual MPs mock examination for students in the Wa Municipality.
The Wa Central lawmaker paid a total of GHC20K for both private and public schools in the Wa Municipality to fine tune the students preparation for the 2021 BECE with an extra GHC10K set to be added to the yearly program.
This brings his total of GHC30K for the 2021 MP’s Special Mock Examination.
The yearly ritual has been in existence for a over a decade with thousands of students benefiting from the pre-BECE practice.
Both private and public schools within the Wa Municipality are hooked into this year’s program ahead of the final lap at the JHS.
Hon Dr Hassan Rashid Pelpuo, who is an ardent of education, previously supported selected schools across the municipality.
The lawmaker also donated motorbikes to help facilitate monitoring and supervisions of students and teachers performances within the Wa Municipality and its enclave.
He has already pledged to award the overall best student and the best Circuit Supervisor now known as School Improvement Support Officer(SISO).
