Hon Dr. Seidu Jasaw Connects With Constituents , Tours Selected Communities
The deputy ranking member for food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs committee of Ghana’s parliament and MP for Wa East, Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw reconnected with his constituents after spending his first 100 days in office.
The Academian turned Law maker stormed the region’s most variegated constituency to appreciate the trust from his people as a parliamentarian.
Selected communities visited include Bunaa, Kparisaga, Kakanipou, Konta and Kulkpong were the communities visited by the MP in his first day in what is tipped as a revolutionary move targeted at assembling the problems of the community.
The tour trained also stopped at Manwe, Goripie, Bulenga and Chaggu on the second day of the hectic program.
He thanked them for the trust and confidence reposed in him and was very hopeful he will not disappoint them.
Hon Dr. Seidu Jasaw explained to them happenings in parliament and some of the measures he was taking to bring development to the constituency. He assured them that he will always represent their interest at all times and asked for their patience and cooperation for him to succeed.
The people were very happy seeing him back home. It was pointed to him that they voted for him because they have no doubt in his leadership qualities. As such he should never doubt their support and cooperation for him to succeed as MP. They inturned thanked him for always bringing the constituency to the limelight in all his parliamentary statements though being a first timer. They encouraged him to do more as they are proud of his performance so far.
The constituency Chairman, Abu Ballifiama, Organizer, Communications Officer and Zongo caucus coodinator were some of the members of his entourage during the tour.
