Upper West Regional Police Command Sends Motivational Message to UMA Artist of the Year
The Regional police commander Peter Ndekugri and the Chief inspector on behalf of the entire police service hailed and encouraged Sambwoy, the reigning upper west artist of the year and new artist of year Di Youngsta.
On the 19th of January 2022, UMA organizers together with Sambwoy and Di Youngsta, presented their awards to the regional police command for the protection and hard work in the upper west region and beyond as they maintain peace and promote unity in the within the region.
The Regional Police Chief Inspector Alhaji Ziblim Iddi Abubakar said “Upper West is not your end but sky is your limit, we pray that you raise the standard of Upper West so that Insha Allah one day one day, will hear that upper west is topping at the National level and we the police when we hear that, we will be proud God Bless you.
He also encouraged them to work hard and keep focuse in entertainment arena.
In moving forward, the Regional Police Commander Peter Ndekugri advisably said, “Don’t let your head mislead you, you are still young if you want to achieve something. Let them honor you nationwide like Stone Bwoy, Shatta wale etc. You see the source cars they driving and you haven’t yet bought good motorbikes, so don’t see that you are on top of the ladder no, you are now lacing your boot, you have not yet started the race so be humbled and don’t follow or mingle with those kidnappers at the Pubs and other places.So please take my advice.”
