UWR: Wa Naa Summons and Punishes two involved in hot “atopa” sex tape
The overlord of the Waala Traditional area, Wa Naa Fuseini Pelpou iv and members of the council have summoned and punished a young man and a lady who appeared to be making love in a viral video seen on social media.
The two believed to be natives of Wa, the Upper West Regional Capital, took over social media with the sex tape purported to be recorded in May early this year
The action of the two has been deemed to be a violation of the customs and traditions of the Waala traditional area.
The practice is also believed to be an act of disrespect to the chief’s people and therefore, demands the two to be. reprimanded
The two were flogged in public at the forecourt of the Wa Naa Palace on Tuesday, May 31 2022 as punishment for their deeds.
