Believe and determination is my hallmark as a musician- Nuru Shaba

Wa Jengbayiri born musician, Nurudeen Shaba formally known as Otaniba has said his music career is saved by the believe and determination that he has towards achieving his dream.

Speaking on street Vibes with Mc Alaska on Home Radio, Nuru Shaba underscored the need to have self confidence and believe in order to break through in the music industry.

The Koforidua based musician said his songs do not get airplay as a result of his development as a young musician which is putting pressure on his colleagues in the eastern region.

The rise of Nuru Shaba has seen him win two accolades in the Eastern Region thus 2021 Afro Pop Song of the Year and 2022 Afro Pop Artist of the Year in 2022.

He explained his tenacity and resilience in the industry as he continue to put pressure on his colleagues with creativity and hard work which kept people wondering

Nuru Shaba noted that he is focused to make it to the top and that nothing can be done to stop his rise to stardom saying “I’m a real Zongo Soldier from Wa Jengbeyiri if they don’t know.”

He described quitting in music as suicidal as he encouraged his colleague musicians not to give up on their music careers.

The music industry has undergone transformation in the Upper West Region and has received raving reviews for producing talented musicians who are pushing to achieve their career goals.
