Maxwell Konadu Resigns From National Team,  Paa Kwesi Faabin In Line For Vacant Position

Veteran Ghanaian trainer Paa Kwesi Faabin is set to take over the vacant managerial position left by the resignation of Maxwell Kwabena Konadu,  442gh.com exclusively reports.

The former Asante Kotoko SC is to be appointed the new National U17 head coach after the migration of Maxwell Konadu to the Black Stars assistant role.

Maxwell Konadu was appointed the National U17 head coach after his departure from Asante Kotoko SC and have since been elevated to the position of the Black Stars assistant role under Milovan Rajevac.

This quick promotion left the Black Starlets without a substantive manager leading to the imminent appointment of Paa Kwesi Faabin.

442gh.com has been reliably informed that the veteran trainer is in line to be appointed as the head coach for the National Under 17 team ahead of next month’s regrouping.

Paa Kwesi Faabin has previously managed a number of the Ghanaian junior sides including a number of premier league clubs in the country.
