Renowned business magnate Alhaj Muskila, a prominent dealer in Apsonic motorbikes, has donated a brand-new tricycle, popularly known as an “Aboboyaa,” to the Mayor of the Wa Metropolitan Assembly, Hon. Alhaji Nurah Issah Danwana. The donation is aimed at bolstering the ongoing clean-up exercise to keep Wa clean and environmentally sustainable.
During a brief ceremony at the showroom of Apsonic Motors in Wa , Alhaj Muskila presented the tricycle, emphasizing its role in enhancing waste collection and sanitation efforts in the municipality. He seized the opportunity to commend Mayor Danwana for his unwavering commitment to transforming Wa into a clean and vibrant city. “The Mayor’s perseverance and fortitude in promoting cleanliness are truly inspiring. This tricycle is my modest contribution to support his vision for a cleaner Wa,” Muskila stated.
In his response, Mayor Danwana expressed profound gratitude to Alhaj Muskila for the generous gesture, describing it as a shining example of corporate social responsibility. “This donation is a testament to the importance of giving back to society. We are deeply appreciative and assure Alhaj Muskila that this tricycle will be put to good use in our clean-up campaign,” the Mayor remarked.
The donation comes at a critical time as the Wa Metropolitan Assembly intensifies efforts to improve sanitation and waste management across the municipality. The tricycle is expected to facilitate efficient waste collection, particularly in densely populated areas, contributing to a healthier and cleaner environment for residents.
